RUSTRONIC® CONTROL BOARD REPAIR AND MANUFACTURE.

The Rustronic® control system utilises the RP2® operating language. The Turbine Control Module - TCM, monitors and processes the control signals gathered from the various turbine sub-systems ensuring the safe operation of the turbine under all conditions.

Each TCM assembly consists of a number of 19" rack type cabinets holding the main chassis assemblies.

These chassis’s provide slots into which the various control card modules are inserted and connected onto the industrial standard G64 bus, which provides all data transfer and communication links to the Programmable Processor Module - PPM.

EPS has developed its own in-house board designs which offer significant improvements over the OEM in terms of up to date component usage with improved reliability and reduced purchase lead times. The boards are supplied fully certified and carry a 12 month field service warranty.

In addition, EPS offers a warranted repair service for existing customer control boards.
