PACKAGE COMPONENT REPAIR & OVERHAULS

EPS undertakes repairs and scheduled overhauls on most package system equipment. These range from the smaller items such as pressure switches through to more complex items such as control system boards and fuel system throttle valves.

We have developed repair techniques on:

  • Rustronic® control boards.
  • Engine speed probes.
  • Dynamic gas path probes.
  • Woodward TM55P® fuel throttle valve actuator – Gas & Liquid.
  • Liquid fuel flow dividers.
  • Variable bleed valves.
  • Airflow actuators - IGV, VSV, VBV.

All repairs are carried out to meet OEM specifications and are fully certified for their operating environment. They are returned with a 12-month field service warranty - a copy of which is available on request.

EPS strives to ensure that both cost and turnaround times are kept to realistic targets which are competitive with current market pricing.
